What a great experience. The staff is amazing. Everyone is so nice. Dr. Ryan was transparent and made me feel comfortable.
I had a bit of a medical eye emergency and the staff took me in last minute on a Friday afternoon. I can’t appreciate and thank the staff and Dr. Sabherwal enough - thank you for taking your time with me and not rushing everything. Because of him we found out I may have a potential infection and he immediately went out of his way to refer me and made calls to the Rush Hospital Cornea Specialist to take me in at 5:30 on a Friday. I felt listened to and cared for here.
Excellent doctors and staff but my last couple visits have been 1-3 hours behind schedule. I just don’t have the time to sit in a waiting room most of the afternoon.
