Im sure they do good work, however the communication is awful
Contacted them over a week ago. No return call or message. Too bad you can't give less than one star.
Contacted them almost 12 hours ago. Still no response. UPDATE: Its been three days, still no return call or message.
Attended a workshop there today on Birds of Prey. Very informative and we actually got to see a lot of birds.
Staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly
