We had more than one bad experience. 1st appt made with the Nurse Practioner. We made another appt for certain location with the actual Orthopedic doctor. When we called to confirm they said we couldn’t see a different doctor in their group. So they cancelled that appt. changed doctors and location demanding they we couldn’t see a different doctor in their group. When following up their receptionist was very rude and condescending.
