Illinois Mutual demonstrated expediency, professionalism, and with-it-ness during the process of my father's surrender of his annuity due to financial challenges after the death of my mother.
Absolutely horrible
Not easy company to deal with this far. My dad had a whole life policy on me. Nearly 6 weeks after his death end I’m still having difficulty have policy transferred over to me. In fact I just learned that my step mom is the policy owner. This should be illegal. My dad was there policy owner. So my step mom is now the policy owner of a policy for me.
