Had trouble trying to call back after 1st appointment with Dr Hassan which he did a great job, so I called Tinley park location and Mrs Lainee let me know the Chicago location was having phone issues, thank you Mrs Lainee and professional over the phone.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I was referred to this office after I broke a bone in my foot back in September of last year. I was told to let the bone heal on its own. Fast forward to November I had a follow up appointment and was told the same thing after I specifically told them I noticed pain in my ankle. They ignored me.
