We were new and knew no one in the area. We trusted Linda Frierdich’s group unfortunately when they recommended a house inspector and I will regret it forever. Pete was nice enough. He even refunded our inspection money because of stuff he missed that we found. It was what he turned the other way about with our home is why I’m writing this review. Told one thing in person about our home we were buying then when report was written it changed after papers were signed screwed us over then went ghost when he was supposed to return . Never returned calls .
Did a good job inspecting the home. Professional, prompt, thorough.
Pete was a very nice and prompt guy. As for his inspection, he missed some huge problem areas when inspecting our home. We are now in a position of having to spend thousands of dollars for his oversights. I wish I would have done my homework a little better and went with someone else. I gave him one star and that was only because it wouldn't allow me to post this without giving at lease one, he deserves none.
