Hired two bikes recently. The upside was the hire fees were fair and the bikes new and well presented. The downside was a) no paper work (or a power cable I'd requested) had been prepared so it was over two hours before we could get on the road: b) a $2k credit/debit card hold was required that we weren't informed about prior to arrival (certainly not loudly) and c) the dealership has no rail or bus links nearby and was entirely unsympathetic towards helping two non Americans getting to or from its premises. If I could give less than 1 star I would. This place was terrible. I stopped because I needed a tire on my bike. They would sell me a tire but refused to put it on because my bike is not a harley.... For crying out loud, I needed an emergency repair so I could get back home to Michigan and in the arrogance of harley Davidson you refused to help... Thank you for nothing. And by the way, I went to the local yamaha dealership the next day and they fixed me up with a Michelin tire AND instalation for LESS than just buying a tire... read more
