Had a GI visit, they requested labs, I've gone to 3 places trying to get the lab, which were recommended by GI Alliance. None of the places can do it. Have called/ emailed/ texted and physically showed up to a location,multiple times and I don't get responses. I've also gotten a bill in the mail, and tried paying it twice. It says there is no bill under my name, but my paper copy says it's due Nov 11th. Hey GI Alliance, what am I supposed to do next?

I was attempting to find a GI doctor for my 10 year old son who suffers from GERD (chronic acid reflux). The reviews led me to believe this group would be a good group. I went on the website to get the basics, and then called to make an appointment. Unfortunately for us, this practice only see patients 18 and over. I may not have been so annoyed, but I didn't find anywhere that said that on the website. And then to top it off when I asked if they could recommend a practice that will see kids, they point me to 2 practices tha... read more
I have been a patient of Dr.Waits for a long time. She makes you fill like your talking to a good friend. I have cried with her when I loss my mother and she comforted me. It’s not part of her job but she treat you like a person that matters to her. She is a wonderful doctor.
