Horrible customer service. They don't seem to care about your condition or have any urgency in helping you. As a follow-up I was told I needed an MRI, but they gave me no instructions as to how to get one. Everytime I had to call the wait time was between 10 and 30 minutes. I've been going back and forth now for several weeks and still don't have the proper documents sent to the place I'm getting the MRI. In the meantime, my infection is untreated and may be getting worse.
