The doctors are nice, but you'll NEVER get through to anyone on the phone. Need to talk to a human? I hope you have hours to listen to their hold music that continually tells you to go back to the (useless) website.

Went here to meet Dr. Patel I was having GI issues. Everything was okay for a while and I got a colonoscopy/endoscopy. Little things were frustrating like being told things would be put in my chart but never receiving any login and I always felt a little rushed. After that everything went downhill. I decided to get care elsewhere after my initial visit and had to cancel a procedure. There’s something sketchy about their billing policies for procedures. Be aware if you have over a $1.5K deductible they consider it high deductible and none of their paperwork they give you about billing says anything about paying for the entire procedure cost upfront nor a $250 deposit if you haven’t paid $500 of your deductible. I called the office yesterday, July 23 at 9:37 AM after not getting through. I decided to call back and use the text back mode. I still have not heard anything from this office on July 24 at 12:11 PM. Horrible service and I used to do this for a living and it is unacceptable. I have since made an appointment with a different group who are very accommodating.
