Completely heartless when dealing with putting down a pet. Their security deposit requirements are absurd, especially when you wind up not going through with the procedure, but STILL have the charge hit your credit card.

She was walking in the kitchen last Tuesday and she fell. She couldn’t walk so we took her to them since it was after all other vets had closed. Unfortunately she wouldn’t be able to walk again and with her age, we let her go. They were beyond caring and were with us every second.
