My cousin recommended Illinois Energy Windows and Siding to me and they are great! I had a bay window replaced about two years ago and the price was much more reasonable and the installation was very professional. I called them to redo a bathroom window and had great suggestions by the salesman and the installation happened sooner than was promised. Illinois Energy Windows & Siding deliver on the quality of the product as well as the on time installation of all our windows and exterior doors. We have used them to replace all our original windows and doors over the last 10 years or more. We did have a minor problem with the wood trim fit (manufacturer defect- not with the installation. Illinois Energy Windows & Siding production department was eager to schedule a fix. We are very happy customers!

I am very pleased with the service that I received from Illinois Energy. While the cost was not the lowest the quality of materials as well as the lifetime warranty, which is transferable, were major factors that I took into consideration when deciding to go with them. Superior quality, customer service and installation. I had a very large sliding glass door and window replaced in 5 hours. I have 1 more sliding glass door to replace and will return to Illinois Energy.
