The good- very short wait times. Some staff is professional. I have had good experiences here before, but again, depends on who you deal with. The bad- I went after getting married to change my last name to my husband's last name on my driver's license. I ended up dealing with a person who I never dealt with before who repeatedly misgendered me. Very helpful, if they don’t have the answer that you are looking for, they direct you to the right resource. Wait times aren’t very long and the workers are all friendly and present a intelligence that is sorely needed in government facilities
2/13/25-No appointment is needed. I got there about 2 pm. This place is very organized. Didn't wait for more than a minute waiting at the information desk and she took me to a different computer to take care of me. Since no one else was waiting behind me. The woman behind the counter was very kind, courteous and helpful. We were finished in about 10 minutes.
Never had an issue with any of these folks. Always willing to help and provide information
