2/13/25-No appointment is needed. I got there about 2 pm. This place is very organized. Didn't wait for more than a minute waiting at the information desk and she took me to a different computer to take care of me. Since no one else was waiting behind me. The woman behind the counter was very kind, courteous and helpful. We were finished in about 10 minutes.
The girl with the black hair and tattoos is super friendly and easy to talk to. I didn't care for the blonde woman I spoke to 1st.
I've always been treated fairly in this office. The few times I've been in there they needed everything but your first child to verify you, but I do not mind as long as it gets the job done and deters identity theft... I continue to be in need of this office and they continue to please with A+ services within their control!
After a very long and frustrating and exhausting trip trying to get new tags, Rachel was my savings grace. She was so kind and she helped my quickly with everything. She even helped me get a new license because I had recently moved. I had an absolutely wonderful experience and I would drive all the way back down here from Chicago to do it all over again.
The workers were very hateful. They acted like it was the end of the world my 3 yr old had a hardtime with his mask. One of the workers didn't even have her mask over her nose and people was taking them off for pics. He sat in a chair beside me and they made him get up. I wish Vienna was open. It would be worth the drive.
