I see Dr. Lewitt at the Chicago location and he’s a great doctor. Very personable, listens and a great clinician. However, the person checking me in today was rude, didn’t make eye contact, barely wanted to interact with me, even when I tried to update my insurance. It’s quite off putting, considering I’ve been anxious for this appt.
Everything was great except filling out forms with the same information that was already on file.
It was a really fast service, everyone was super nice and friendly, and the doctor did a very thorough skin check. Thanks!
