Compassionate and encouraging, they put the "care" back in healthcare. My previous dermatologist wasn't advocating for me so I sought out Danielle at Illinois Dermatology Institute. The whole staff is phenomenal. I walked away feeling like they cared enough to listen and take action with my health concerns. 10/10 would recommend
I appreciate their balance of being thorough with me and presumably other patients while doing their best to keep the schedule rolling. I feel like I'm getting the oversight that I need.
They saw me right on tome, staff and PA were kind, patient, fast and provided all information i needed. Wonderful practice!
