I had a great experience with IDI. Very efficient front office. I was able to get in to see the doctor right on time for a yearly check up. The doctor was extremely professional and considerate. Answered all my questions with patience. Highly recommend this Medical practice
I’ve been here three times for my kids, and we’ve had a great experience each time. The office staff is amazing, and Nurse Practitioner Ruby is always thorough, knowledgeable, and attentive. She takes the time to listen to our concerns, explains everything clearly, and never makes us feel rushed. I really appreciate the care she provides and would highly recommend her!
Doctor was great but waiting 45 min to see the Dr was a bit much
