I am writing this post in anger at the level of negative friendless and lack of customer service this company has towards its clients. I made an appointment for PT, and during the same day, I had a pick up for my child's first day at school, this normally would not have conflicted. However it was the first day of school and I could not make the appointment due to the pick up line being 45 min wait to 1 hour wait that day. I have done some post PT sessions with IBJ over the course of the whole year. The Staff is very efficient, nice and offer great advice in regards to the therapy sessions. I would strongly recommend them to anyone that needs any type of rehab.
