Terrible bedside manner and zero compassion for anyone in pain and suffering. Yes, they are busy but at what cost?
They take quite a long time to see you at times because Chams is in high demand. It can be frustrating but the level of care is good. So I'd recommend but make sure you block at least an extra hour
Everyone I have encountered here is so incredibly friendly and helpful. I've gone to several sessions here now and all the PT's I've worked with are knowledgeable and kind. I never feel rushed getting through my exercises and there is so much space and equipment to work with. Watching how many patients come in and out in just an hour, it's amazing to watch the staff rotate and share work so we always have someone to help us.
