I’ve been to physical therapy for hip issues several years ago and didn’t get the issue resolved. This time I came in with the same hip issue and a hamstring injury. Working with Neil’s team I was able to make significant progress with my hamstring and finally get my hip imbalances addressed. The intake assessment was thorough. I had the pleasure of working with Sarah and Mariam. They both were awesome and helped me overcome my neck pain with exercises my pain 99 % improved. Sarah and Mariam people skills were top notch. I know Mariam for over a year and she is patient and calm she makes sure the patient is comfortable. Sarah is great at her craft and also creates a comfortable environment. I will always recommend them. Trust me you will not be disappointed.
My back went out June 2022. I got a lot of meds from doctors. And they wanted to do TLIF surgery. I didn't want surgery. So, I started physical therapy at Illinois Bone and Joint. It was a lot of work. And many months of PT. The people at IBJI are thoughtful..and very knowledgeable. They always answered my questions. And encouraged me to do more and go farther. I can do things now I didn't think I would ever be able to do. And so far no surgery! I have transitioned to the YMCA to continue my rehabilitation.
