Illinois Autism Center has been amazing for our 4-year-old! The progress we've seen is incredible. Sami, the clinical director, is truly wonderful—knowledgeable, caring, and so supportive. We’re so thankful for this team!
The center has been amazing for my daughter during the four months she has been there. She’s learning ASL and other developmental skills to communicate with others. The team is an absolute joy to partner with. They provide me with her daily routines as well as what she needs to work on. I’m so happy my daughter goes here.
I feel lucky to know the clinical director, Arvind Ramakrishnan, both professionally and within higher academia. He is a reliable and thoughtful person who provides quality services to the clients he supports. He continues to strive towards making the field of behavior analysis better for everyone involved & I am excited to see his next journey as Clinical Director of Illinois Autism Center!
didnt get rid of my autism
The program SEEMED great! The original intake coordinator was awesome and made me a believer. I was willing to take my son on a two-hour-a-day bus ride to get him there. The intake process took forever (most of that not their fault). Then the intake coordinator suddenly no longer worked there. The center Executive Director took over enrollment and didn’t know how to do the intake coordinator’s job or access to the former intake coordinator’s files— so we had to do everything all over again (this process took MONTHS).
