211 Brookside Drive Elgin, I thought there was a rule for realtors not to include the basement in the square footage of the house, this house is listed at 3900 and some square feet anybody can tell by looking at it it is much smaller, I thought it was a regulation that Realtors could not put basement as living space square footage something is wrong do all people buying houses when they see a listing square foot ask the realtor what is above basement level living space this is against the boards ethic rule and legal listing ... read more
