Unbelievably disapointed. Doesn't understand HiPPA. Uses it as an excuse for failing to provide services. When you hear Kim complain that her hands are tied because of the "laws in illinois", be very supsicious. When she used that excuse with me, I did not tell her that I am a practicing attorney. If you send a loved one here, whatever you do, do not try to help by sending them a letter to be used by the therapist or pshychiatrist. They used the information I provided to help my son to deny treatment, cancelled his appointme... read more

Horrible business ethics, the office manager Kim that is the self proclaimed "top of the company" employee and who told me she "owns the company" is extremely tough to deal with especially if you ever have a billing issue. I don't recommend using this office for business just because of this ONE individual, not the Dr.'s that try and help you. This is a mental health facility and being argumentative and upsetting patients who are trying to get mental help probably isn't the best thing to do. Dr's around the area are a dime a... read more
