Both Drs are fantastic! We mainly see Dr. Chou and couldn't be happier. She's very thorough, smart as a whip, and always follows up with us. Even though we have moved a little further away from where her office is located, we will continue seeing her because she is that good! Highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for specialists who know what they're doing.
I was very happy with the service that I received from Vivian Chou. I found her to be both professional and funny. She answered all of my questions and concerns.
First appointment we found out my son was allergic to cats. Unfortunately work/life got in the way of our second appointment and although we did attempt to reschedule, it was slightly less than their 24 hour timeframe. Although the admin said we were fine, we received our second notice for the missed appointment fee and we're just going to pay and remove these people from our lives for good.
