Dr. Chou is great - she listens, explains things and is direct about what is/isn’t worth my time and money. She also gave me a good surgical referral when my sinus problems didn’t resolve with meds.
I’m normally not a bad review guy but the help I’ve received from these guys is exceptionally bad. I paid cash and they billed through insurance and then somehow got a notice saying I owed money, when really I’ve been waiting for a refund for six months. Generally the staff is in a bad mood when I’ve called and they defer to a billing department that is not helpful, “looks into” issues but doesn’t respond. I had an extremely unprofessional and upsetting experience with this practice. After an appointment in January, I received a collection notice for $14 in April. I called - to be fair, I was upset - and left a voicemail asking for an explanation and to confirm this was real/not a fraudulent notice. The call back I received was insane. The “medical assistant” rudely told me I had a zero balance and could not explain why I was referred to collection.
