My experience with Illini Power Products was extremely disappointing. I called to schedule service and spoke with Rich. From the beginning, he seemed completely uninterested in understanding my service needs. Instead of listening to my concerns or discussing the work required, he was focused solely on obtaining a credit card. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and unpleasant. These people are unreasonable, and simply short sighted. I needed help with a concern and rightfully so was met with opposition and skepticism. As all people should ask questions and make concerns known they did, and were given remedies to each and every one, ultimately leaving me need to get ownership approval.
