Fixed my garage door twice. They fixed the door quickly did good work both times.
Decent people and easy to work with, good prices. Hard to find these days.
A huge shout out to Chris at Illini Overhead Door! The spring on my garage door broke this morning and Chris returned my call right away and came out SAME DAY and fixed the issue. He was prompt, polite, cheerful and professional. I highly recommend him. Thank you again, Chris.
Left a voicemail at the number provided 1 week ago today asking for a quote. I never received a call back. Called a place in Bloomington and received prompt and courteous service, answered on the second ring.
Had appointment set up for a Monday morning. My daughter ended up breaking a bone and I had to go to a Dr appointment for her. I called the owner and explained to him I won’t be home but if he is ok with it then I am ok with them doing the job while I’m not there, as I’d be home before they are done. He told me that’s perfectly ok and they would be there when I arrived.
