I brought my 9-month-old lawnmower here because I contacted echo and they told me to bring it to this authorized service center. The mower is still covered under a 5-year warranty. I explained my issue, showed them a video of the pull cord clicking while running, and told them I had already found wear on some plastic components and those likely needed to be replaced. These folks here can teach the other competition how to treat customers, their top notch, Zack and his crew, I dont know their names, Austyn and the rest of them go out of their way to help you, at the same time make you feel important, I highly recommend these folks.
