Terrible service department!! I took my Nissan Pathfinder in to have a rattling noise fixed. They had my car for 8 hours, and said they fixed the problem. After picking it up, it still made the same noise & the paperwork stated they put a rivet in something underneath and spent 10 minutes working on my vehicle. I took it back a 2nd time, after they told me to come any time and they would be sure to get it in and fixed. I made the 60 mile round trip a second time, for them to not have time to fix it again. My family and I were traveling through from New Hampshire to Iowa and I've been bothering my husband for awhile now to get a new car. I guess he heard enough because we found and amazing dealership in Illinois. We ended up with a new Rogue fully loaded and cannot be more pleased. Elmondo Kendrick was the best!
