RecommendedI took my Impala in today (on a whim may I add) for routine maintenance and dealt with Joel. For it being my first experience with Nissan’s Service Department-I was very pleased that they got my vehicle in promptly and paid great attention to its needs and exceeded my expectations from the get go. I would not hesitate bringing both of my vehicles here in the future for all of their service needs. Great job Joel!!!

I have always wanted a Murano but started looking at Rogues. Zack could tell what I wanted and worked hard on every request I had. We left home with a brand new Murano. He was kind and all of the staff was fantastic with our kiddos. They played with them and they had just as much fun buying the Murano as my husband and I did. When it was time to go back and purchase the lady who financed us knew her stuff and gave us excellent advice also included a law enforcement savings. The staff at Illini Nissan were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!
Horrible service experience. I bought my car new in 2016, and recently took it in for service. They could not diagnose the problem and suggest I keep driving until it got worse! I took my car to Green Nissan in Springfield the next day for a second opinion - they diagnosed the problem within a couple of hours and fixed it right away. I will never go back to the dealership in Champaign!

I had a wonderful experience purchasing a vehicle here. The staff was wonderful, it wasn’t a high pressure sales situation, and I got a good competitive deal on a quality vehicle. Can’t ask for anything more!
