RecommendedRecently bought a 2019 Altima, highly satisfied with the car. The facility is nice. My sales person was Patrick Kenney. I have dealt with lots of sales people in my life,but he is the best . Very professional sales technique, not pushy, very understanding and patient. He was like a walking tech manual for the car he knew the answers to all my questions. Also Kim in the finance dept. is a professional. High praise for both of these staff members
Great facility and service! We purchase and service here and we have not been disappointed. They have a great facility, the people are friendly and helpful, they stand behind what they sell and service. This level of service has been consistent each time we visit for whatever reason. I even bring my Toyota there for service as they work on more than just Nissan.

Wes was able to save the day AGAIN. Very understanding, helpful, and one of the nicest and caring people you’ll ever meet. I do not care what kind of vehicle, make or model, I may want in the future I know Wes will get it done. I cannot speak highly enough. The family at Illini Nissan is truly amazing.
We spent the whole day with Ethan Wolff helping us to try to make sure we left with a car that we wanted, that fit our budget, and was safe enough for traveling and for a new addition being added to our family soon and we are so happy with it! He was patient, understanding, and had no problem helping with anything we needed or wanted. Highly recommend!! Everyone was very helpful!
