Purchased my new 2025 Nissan Kicks SV w/Premium package here a couple of weeks ago. Lauren made my purchase seamless and fun. She walked me through my new car and all of the features which I really appreciated. I love my new car and I DEFINITELY recommend coming here!:)
Krista, our salesperson, made our experience more enjoyable and went out of her way to help explain and show us everything on our new car. We are both extremely grateful to have her with us making this decision. We couldn’t be happier with Krista and our decision to get a Rogue. Our first Nissan and proud of it.
Tried calling service department multiple times even left messages. Nobody picks up or returns messages. 🤷♂️.... Update: After posting this review a person finally called me claiming to be a service manager. She knew nothing about the product (nissan sells) and had to keep putting me on hold to get answers, and then quoted me a ridiculously high labor rate. If you choose to use them hopefully your experience will be better, but I would not reccomend them based on my terrible customer service experience.
