I lived in this building last year and it went very well! From the touring to giving my keys back everything went smoothly. The staff was always helpful and maintenance was fast (I advise going in person whenever you have a request it always makes things easier). Honestly, your experience depends on your neighbors because the units are not soundproof so you can hear them sometimes. Also, some people are just dirty and leave their trash in the building waiting for the nice cleaning staff to pick up…
They will fully tour your apartment with no real notice as to when. Additionally, my microwave caught fire because it was old, broken, and needed to be replaced and jsm took a week to send maintenance (no complaints about the maintenance team. They are very nice and professional folks) to replace it and tried to make me pay for it. Customer service is horrible. The laundry machines cost money and are frequently broken, meaning I have to pay to dry my clothes multiple times or hang them up to dry in the shower. The people say... read more
