Apartments are very crampt, ac leaked water all the time just to be ignored when maintenance checked it. Can hear your neighbors conversations regularly and even smell what they are cooking since the walls are so thin.

I lived in this building last year and it went very well! From the touring to giving my keys back everything went smoothly. The staff was always helpful and maintenance was fast (I advise going in person whenever you have a request it always makes things easier). Honestly, your experience depends on your neighbors because the units are not soundproof so you can hear them sometimes. Also, some people are just dirty and leave their trash in the building waiting for the nice cleaning staff to pick up…
