Patrick was very responsive to our initial request for an estimate. We only had to wait a couple of days for an appointment and he arrived promptly when expected. Unfortunately, that’s pretty much the only positive thing I can say. I was promised an emailed estimate in a couple of days and it never happened. I followed up and he said he was in Indianapolis for the Illinois basketball games and would send the estimate as soon as he returned the following Monday.
