ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! MANAGEMENT IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE AND IF SHE IS SHE'S NOT HELPFUL. $1500/MONTH AND NO HEAT. BELOW FREEZING TEMPS IN OKC. NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE # OR ANYTHING

Whatever you do, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY to manage your property. I hired them back in 2019 to manage a condo that I owned. I sold the property in 2020 and three years after I sold the property they are demanding money due to a mismanagement of funds, which is an error on their part, not on mine. I hired this company to lease and manage my property, which includes the management of funds, and they failed to do so and think its acceptable to come after someone three years later.

If I could give this business a -10 I would. I just learned that they were formerly Denver Realty Group. We rented an apartment through them that regret so much. The property was poorly managed, the city inspectors were always there because of code violations. Our service requests were always overlooked and never even looked at. We would go several days without warm water more than once were without heat for several days at a time.
