I really enjoyed my time living in this apartment. It’s cozy, quiet, and feels very private — only key holders can enter the building, which added an extra sense of safety. The neighborhood is lovely, and the owners are genuinely kind and always on top of things. Overall, a great place to call home.
Illig Properties is one of the best landlords I have been with. If I had an issue, it was fixed quickly. They are fast to responding through texts or returning phone calls. Even if I had stupid questions about the trash day, electrical box, or my gas furnace, they were more than willing to help out or show me. They also gave me my deposit back when I left. I recommend renting from them. Plus, some of their buildings are pet friendly which is super hard to come by!
I rented from Illig Properties for a few years and I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them! Their prices are reasonable for the Ebensburg area. Illig properties is very attentive with keeping the grass mowed and snow plowed. They are super easy to get ahold of too!! Very professional company! Thank you Illig properties for everything!!!
Great landlord. Very responsive. When I needed something they were there to do whatever it was. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Stayed with lllig for nearly 8 years! Was sad to go, but I bought a home and didn't need to rent anymore. I highly recommend them though!!!
My fiancé and I lived here for a year and experienced no problems! It’s a very spacious and quiet property. It was also pet friendly which was super beneficial. It’s about a 5 minute drive from walmart and other shopping areas, very close to lake rowena, and friendly area! Greg was very accommodating and understanding. He was available to communicate with and was very prompt to answer back!
