This was my 1st time bringing my pet. We came in for update on shots. They came highly recommended by a friend who's opinion I very much value. The staff as well as the veterinarian was friendly and informative.
Employees are friendly and very supportive ! I had my dog for 12 years before I had to put him to sleep, he only went here . When I put him down they were very supportive (I cried like a baby) they hugged me and gave me tissue while also giving me encouraging words.
All the veterinarians and staff are very kind to my animals. I also love the welcoming and warm atmosphere of the remodeled building.
Going to illiana, I can trust them,I just started going on a regular basis about a month ago, my little guy has a heart murmur all the staff, they are very polite and concerned, and informative Gucci and I thank you very much.
We enjoyed Dr. Jones for our dogs, sad to see him go but happy for him! He treated our dogs as his own and they enjoyed going to see him. Youll be missed Dr. Jones!!!
