Small bank, not a friendly staff This is the only bank that I actually cancelled my account. The staff is not very friendly, and did not offer much conveniences like online banking that allowed you to avoid the staff. Really no great services or promotions to make you want to stay either.
Good service and good rates I've been using Illiana for years. The staff at Naperville is okay, but I hardly deal with them seeing as that I do all my banking online with them and have direct deposit. Online you can check your balances, transfer money between accounts, set up scheduled payments if you have their Visa or a loan with them, and bill payment is free if you pay three or more bills a month. I've banked with Illiana since 1983 and have been more than pleased with their customer service, interest rates (much better than banks), and overall attention to customer satisfaction.
