Absolutely horrible service! I asked for no sour cream and was told that it is not possible, NO Substitutions. This is the craziest thing I have ever heard of. While the food may be excellent I will not return.
Decreasing quality. We've ordered from this location for the last 4 years, and we've noticed a recent decline in quality. The prior two times the rice was hard and not fully cooked, and this time a burrito's tortilla was torn, and ingredients missing from another burrito. Although the service is very good, it's an easy decision to eat elsewhere.
