25% fee for returned items, it’s insane. I purchased a motor for an AC unit for 224 dollars and they kept 57 dollars. Mind you i don’t have a company. Never again will i purchase an item from this company. Kim from Aurora refused to even help with the situation.
Been using Illco for 12yrs. All the guys are great at their jobs. Ive called them in the middle of the night for refrigerant….Many many many times and they’ve always helped me out. Ive never had a bad experience.
