A plus, service for over 41 years, things are a little more costly but you do end up having experienced people, behind the desk, every time you come in they are always helping. Thanks to Tim & Tim, Mark, Kenny, Angel, Rick, Jay G. I am a woman who needed help and not always knew everything. I went there as a Kid for many Projects and still need help. Being Nice to save always helps. Keep up the good work guys ! Even Chad in Aurora, i have dealt with him a few times too.
25% fee for returned items, it’s insane. I purchased a motor for an AC unit for 224 dollars and they kept 57 dollars. Mind you i don’t have a company. Never again will i purchase an item from this company. Kim from Aurora refused to even help with the situation.
