This review is for the developer (D.R. Horton) and NOT the HOA. D.R. Horton has been awesome from the purchase process (we used our own real estate agent and mortgage company) through to the end of our 1-year warranty. The foreman, Brent, was super nice and thorough and even got compliments from the permit folks for his and his crew’s work. Janelle has been amazing in helping us sort out some minor issues that were covered by the warranty.
