The front desk lady was extremely rude. I really don’t understand why a doctor with such impressive diplomas on the wall and excellent credentials would have someone unqualified as the face of the business.
I visit this office twice. Both time the girl that works at the front desk gave me attitude but I love the doctor so I came back. Last time I was there the dr. Gave me pieces of paper with the medicine I need to use. I lost that . I called them to request to call my cvs with the name of the medicine so I can go and purchase it. The girl at the front desk never sent it to the cvs. I called 5 days after and asked to please try to another cvs in a different place ( just because I had a feeling she is not even calling them!!!) s... read more
I highly recommend Dr. Beylin. He was knowledgeable, kind, and gave me several different treatment options. He kept me comfortable during an injection (which I was very nervous for) and I was already feeling better when leaving his office. He explained everything, was incredibly thorough, and he listened to my issues. Thank you Dr. Beylin
Why does Dr. Beylin have unprofessional employees in his office? They are the first to be seen in his office when a patient comes and if their representation shows as of they're aggravated and don't want to answer questions, it gives a bad impression of the Doctor. Dr. Beylin is a great doctor but his staff needs to do better in both locations. That's crazy.
I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Iliya Beylin, the incredible podiatrist who took care of me after a serious injury. I was playing basketball when I came down extremely hard on my ankle, and the pain was unbearable. I immediately went to the HCA Florida Westside Hospital Emergency Room, where X-rays revealed multiple fractures. They informed me that I would need to be admitted for surgery the next day.
