As a parent of a daughter who went to RPI for four years and lives very far away I was more than impressed with this company. The house was old and needed some repairs, which I was definitely worried about. Our landlord was amazing all year long and resolved any issues super quickly. We loved Ilium and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for housing in the area.
We had a great time living in our property. When problems arose they were quickly resolved. The staff where so respectful and gave us a wonderful experience!
I've dealt with numerous property managers at my current residence and this one so far has been the best. He always answers the phone and works quickly to resolve issues. I've yet to have any problems that haven't been fixed. I would definitely recommend.
