I had a great experience living at a property managed by Ilium Properties. Everyone was great to work with and they were very responsive with maintenance requests. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great service
We’ve rented two apartments with Paul, and the experience has always been excellent. Whenever we needed something fixed, they responded quickly and took care of it right away. The whole rental process was smooth, stress-free, and professional from start to finish. After more than a year of renting, I can confidently say this has been one of the best experiences we’ve had. Couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them!
Lived at one of their homes for almost 3 years. We'll kept, respectful and most importantly- there when you needed them and not in your hair when you didn't. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.
Pawel was our property manager for 2 years, and had a very positive experience. He was always responsive and professional. Any maintenance issues I brought up were addressed quickly, and he genuinely cared about keeping the place in good condition. Pawel was also respectful and easy to communicate with, never invasive or overbearing. The move-out process was smooth and fair, with no surprise charges.
If I could give more stars, I would. I have been renting with Ilium Properties and Pawel since June of 2020 when I was pregnant with my first son. He got me into an apartment fast and efficiently. Pawel and his team have always been nothing but amazing. Great, fast, and professional communication. Just recently I needed a new stove as I was smelling gas and Pawel and his team came out that same day to check it out and got me a new stove within 2 days.
