I’ve been a tenant of Pawel’s for almost three years and have had a great experience. The property is old and historic, but it’s very well maintained and clean. Any time I’ve needed a repair, they’ve responded quickly and taken care of the issue. I would definitely recommend renting from them.
Ilium has been my Property management team for over 4 Years now here in Troy.I have rented from many places in the past and I must say I am very happy with the service provided. Very Responsive and friendly. Maintenance requests are completed right away. I really Have nothing negative to say Great Landlords.
As a parent of a daughter who went to RPI for four years and lives very far away I was more than impressed with this company. The house was old and needed some repairs, which I was definitely worried about. My daughter and her three roommates had to move in early and there were still some things that needed repairs, but we were aware of it and they were gracious enough to let them move in early while they continued working on things. Our landlord was amazing all year long and resolved any issues super quickly. We loved Ilium and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for housing in the area.
We had a great time living in our property. When problems arose they were quickly resolved. The staff where so respectful and gave us a wonderful experience!
