Pawel was our property manager for 2 years, and had a very positive experience. He was always responsive and professional. Any maintenance issues I brought up were addressed quickly, and he genuinely cared about keeping the place in good condition. Pawel was also respectful and easy to communicate with, never invasive or overbearing. The move-out process was smooth and fair, with no surprise charges.
If I could give more stars, I would. I have been renting with Ilium Properties and Pawel since June of 2020 when I was pregnant with my first son. He got me into an apartment fast and efficiently. Pawel and his team have always been nothing but amazing. Great, fast, and professional communication. Just recently I needed a new stove as I was smelling gas and Pawel and his team came out that same day to check it out and got me a new stove within 2 days. I posted a previous review of this company, but took it down until I received my security deposit back (which took months longer than what is allowed by New York State Law; we almost took them to small claims court). Now that I have my deposit back and it’s been a while, my new review will stay up permanently. Horrendous. Steer clear. I am very suspicious about the rest of the reviews of this company. If I could leave no stars I would. Allison seemed great at first. She was super friendly, helpful and professional on the phone and in person. After that initial meeting that changed. She got us into a home. As soon as we started to move in and renting we found out very quickly that Allison, Pawl and his companies Bolton Construction and Ilium Properties could care less about you, your property/ rental and any issues it had/ has. Pawel and Allison have been great! We've had our property in Troy managed by them through Ilium Properties, and we can rest easy knowing everything with the tenants and the property is taken care of. Would highly recommend!
