Ilisa is THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! We had a disappointing experience when we first listed our house a couple years ago and reached out to her this time around and could not be more grateful. We were selling after 20 years and there was so much that was needed to be done, but Ilisa helped us through it all. From the start she gave us honest and spot-on advice on what was needed to get our home in good shape for selling, staging our home with some of her own furniture and decor. I hardly recognized it after she was done and ... read more

I am very happy to provide a review for Ilisa. She was a true partner in the process of selling our house. From the very beginning of even just thinking about selling our house, and getting ready to do so, she had a ton of patience and really cared. Working with Ilisa was such a positive experience! From the very beginning, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping my family find the right rental home. She knows the area incredibly well and guided us through the process with confidence and care. What I appreciated most was her attention to detail. She asked thoughtful questions and pointed out important things we never would have thought to consider, making sure the home was truly the right fit for our family’s needs. Her expertise and guidance ... read more

We were in a tough situation where we needed to rent out our home quickly while also finding a new place to live, and she made what felt overwhelming so much easier. After working with other agents who were difficult to get ahold of or just didn't move with the urgency we needed, working with Ilisa was a breath of fresh air. She was always responsive, kept us updated every step of the way, and never left us wondering what was happening next. What we appreciated most was... read more

Ilisa is simply the best. Selling our home felt overwhelming at first — there was so much to do in order to get it ready. But Ilisa broke everything down into manageable steps and to-do lists and was with us every step of the way. She even came over the day before the photo shoot with a shovel to help us clear weeds and get the garden looking its best. That’s the kind of agent she is. Ilisa set realistic expectations from the start, and when offers started streaming in after our very first weekend on the market, she helped u... read more
