Caution to contractors, vendors, and clients alike. Not only will you chase payments for weeks/months on end. You will be told week after week of a new deadline or a new reason why they can't get you paid. Even though they have someone call and go through the entire invoice with you trying to get rhe prices cheaper. They do not pay their contractor/maintenance and ignore emails and phone calls.
Maintenance issues too high for the rent for just the one bedroom parking lot gets flooded I'll leave it on that note for now
Professional company. Was able to assist with selling our house answered all our question on a timely fashion. Helped advise on purchasing a new home and the process. Fees were reasonable. Would use them again. Ask for Allan if your looking for a great Agent.
