On 08/16/2026, there was an electrical fire that occurred in the garage. At 7am, the PA system told us to immediately evacuate the Ilikai. We walked down 20 flights of stairs.

The building has a fantastic location in Waikiki, and being on a high floor, we were able to have a great view of the marina and the ocean, which was just as amazing both day and night. In the building, there is a mix of hotel guests and condo residents. Downstairs is very convenient, packed with amenities like coffee shops, breakfast spots, ice cream, and more.
