I've started calling the police to report the manager's leaf blower starting so early. Zero respect for neighbors or the law.
Manager likes to wake up the neighborhood at 7 am with his leaf blower, not that there's a single leaf around!
DO NOT RENT HERE or from any incity property. Lived here for a year and the building is falling apart, the elevator is terrifying and works about 30% of the time. Common areas in the building like laundry rooms are filthy and smell of mold and rot. Management is terrible and refuses to fix issues in apartments, we had a leak for over half the time we were in the apartment and they painted over it and gave us a dehumidifier and said “well the whole roof needs to be replaced so just try to keep the moisture away” absolutely a ... read more
I had a smooth application and tour working with Jing Lovekin at InCity. I loved the apartments as well -- the unit I toured had good lighting and large windows. I ended up not living here because of my commuting distance from this building -- but it seemed like a nice property!
