I sold my property in Escondido with Ilhami and he managed to found me a great replacement property in the same area. My family is growing and we needed to move into a bigger place as soon as possible. With his knowledge and experience we were able to close the escrow earlier than a normal escrow period. Everything went so smooth and I will definitely work with him again in the future.

I have worked as a civil servant for the vast majority of my life. Mr. Ilhami showed me truly what it means to be a civil servant. A combination of hospitality and extremely disciplined work ethic. We were introduced through a community member to do a simple transaction and I feel I have a mentor and friend as a result. Ilhami is the real estate agent we all need.. his professionalism, experience, vast network, and incredible work ethic made home buying an ease.
