Been coming to ilex for years. High staff and dr turnaround but it doesn't change the service. Long time staff are always smiling even when busy. Avery has helped me with glasses a lot and is always honest and never tries to upsell unncessary add ons like other places do. I asked about transition lenses for driving and she said its a waste of money if thats all I want it for. Nobodys ever told me they don't work in the car. I’ve been a patient of Ilex for over five years and have always been happy with their care and quality of service!
They will rack your bill up with things you don’t actually need but tell you to do it just in case because you have insurance. Then at the end they tell you they won’t submit it to insurance directly making you pay hundreds of dollars.
All of the doctors and staff are professional. I have always been satisfied with their examinations and discussions concerning my vision
