Working with Ian is refreshing. He thinks outside of the box and works with the issues that he finds. I have an older Brantford cottage- one project creates another. Ian never lost his sense of humour in dealing with our place. His quality of work is outstanding. He takes pride in the finished project. He stands behind his work. We originally hired Ian and the crew at iLevel to replace/install a new side steel garage door that exited to the side of the house. Once that was completed, we were so happy with their work that we asked for an estimate on drywalling our unfinished garage. They also performed that work well and on estimate. Wait, there's more...again happy with their work, we got iLevel to close off a bathroom door that entered into our daughter's room. We hired Ian based off his raving reviews to renovate our master ensuite back in August. Oriflginal time-line was about 6 weeks. Initially he was a week delayed, no problem. Demo started 1 day then didn't resume for another week. We acquired all necessary materials, finishes, etc PRIOR to when he requested them for so that there were no delays on our side. Ian is a very hard working, polite and kind young contractor that you will never regret to hire. He completed work in time and came according to my availability. He perfectly finished massage room in my clinic and I’m already happy to continue work in my kitchen.
