Horrible... Horrible. Do not work with this guy. He gives professional management and realtors a bad name. Unresponsive to calls, texts and emails. He's deceptive and conniving. I don't know how he stays in business. It's been over 30 days and we have not heard or received our deposit back. The place was left in impeccable shape. No word, no letter... No deposit return. This guy resides above me at 1722 Rawhide loop Round Rock TX. 78681, this is a four plex and John lives above me. On his first day moving in, he parked behind my car and I thought no big deal he's moving in so I'll give him a break, but he left his truck behind me over night; there were two cars that he was parked behind.
