I reached out looking for a new therapist, and Ilene responded very quickly and shared her rate - it was high for me, I'm self-employed right now. I asked if there was a sliding scale and she asked for my income and what I do. It’s rare to find a gifted and caring therapist trained in the techniques Ilene uses. They are such amazing methods I guess the amazing results are unsurprising. I found her dedication to clients and enthusiasm for my success so impressive. I wish everyone could work with her. Highly recommend.

If you want to make a great Apple Pie you'd probably talk to the best pie maker in town and for me that was my Grandma. Same thing goes for that Classic '67 Mustang. Go to the shop where your buddies trust taking their cars for repairs. Ilene brought monumental changes to my life and has helped me deal with some issues that were never really helped by previous therapists. If I have a friend in a dark place and they can afford her, I would (and i have) unhesitatingly send them to Ilene. What surprised me was how quickly she can help you turn things around. I don't really understand how she does it, but she is very active rather than just listening.

Ilene Wolff is an excellent psychotherapist! She truly cares and has the skills and expertise to work with individuals facing the hardest of challenges, couples and families in intense conflict and children who are extremely worried, depressed or anxious at school and in their family. Ilene establishes great rapport right away and is comfortable to talk and address anything that might be upsetting you, regardless of the issue-you can start feeling better immediately!
